His previous roles include Head of Solutions Consulting and Chief Product Owner where he led the design and delivery or solutions that delighted customers and simplified complex hiring problems. Ben Stevens is Head of Talent Acquisition at Symbos, where he leads talent strategy across global markets. Operating at a senior leadership level, Ben is responsible for designing and scaling hiring frameworks that support growth, performance and workforce capability. With deep experience building high performing TA functions, he champions skills-based, evidence-led recruitment to improve quality of hire, consistency and decision confidence.
