Alicia is the Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of eQ8 and a recognised global thought leader in Strategic Workforce Planning. She speaks at events world-wide, is frequently cited by industry bodies, and co-created the first professional SWP accreditation program, now sitting on the founding and approval committee. Alicia is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA who started her career in finance.

Chris co-founded eQ8 and oversees revenue, solution delivery, and investor relations. He continues to deliver strategic advice to Boards and senior executives across the US, Europe, and Australia. Chris enjoys challenging assumptions in order to align leadership and influence action.
