Jake Ellul is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Consolidated Power Projects (CPP), a national high-voltage electrical construction business within the Quanta Servies group, where he leads recruitment strategy, talent acquisition operations, and remuneration benchmarking nationally. Jake partners closely with executive and senior leaders to attract and secure high-performing technical trades, engineering, and leadership talent in a highly competitive market.
Jake has helped shape CPP’s approach to talent acquisition, growing its in-house TA function from the ground up, who have played a pivotal role in tripling the company’s workforce in the last few years. His focus spans strategic hiring, employer branding, EVP, international hiring and recruitment technology, strengthening recruitment capability and improving the candidate experience to attract the highest quality talent to CPP. He is passionate about developing high-performing teams and building a TA function that evolves with the growing business.
