Matt Broadley is the Talent Solutions Manager at AGL and a passionate advocate for modern, people-centred talent attraction. He leads a team responsible for attracting talent across a diverse range of functions while partnering with leaders to solve workforce challenges and build inclusive hiring practices.
Passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and helping organisations solve complex workforce challenges, Matt specialises in talent strategy, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, contingent workforce solutions, and recruitment transformation. Prior to AGL, he held a talent leadership role at Australia Post where he focused on professional services attraction strategies, and proactive sourcing.
Outside of work, Matt is completing his MBA at RMIT University and enjoys exploring how leadership, organisational behaviour, and emerging workforce trends shape the future of talent.
