Steve’s career spans management consulting, organisational development, change leadership, workforce strategy, talent acquisition and enterprise transformation across financial services, healthcare, technology, government, mining, and professional services. He has led organisation-wide transformation programs including operating model redesign, organisational restructures, workforce capability strategies, leadership frameworks, cultural transformation, customer-centric operating models, technology-enabled change, and enterprise talent strategies.
Today, as General Manager Talent Acquisition for Bupa Australia, Steve leads the national Talent Acquisition function across Health Insurance, Health Services, Aged Care, Business Services and Government Contracts. His remit includes recruitment delivery, executive search, employer brand, talent marketing, workforce sourcing strategies, early careers programs, and global mobility.
