She has a proven track record of helping organisations attract, develop, and retain top talent while advancing diversity, inclusion, and candidate experience. Holding an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Social Work from RMIT University, Claire is passionate about enabling potential, shaping environments where the workforce of the future can thrive, and advancing the people and culture agenda.
