The Green Collar assists job seekers to build a bridge from their current circumstances to gainful employment. Utilising the power of peer support, we run a wraparound service, which means we work closely with legal institutions and medical service providers and offer a wholistic and practical program – with a goal to finding employment.
We advocate to assist people in becoming active participants in society again and who are now looking for work. The Green Collar Brigade is our non-profit volunteering group, who build pathways for people formally incarcerated to rebuild their lives and contribute back to the community.
Working closely with a range of partners within Melbourne and regional communities, we create pathways to employment in various local regional communities.
