Tammy has over 20 years experience in Retail Operations and Human Resources.

Tammy joined Coles in 2017 as the Head of People and Culture for the Liquor and Hotels Group at Coles, and played an integral role in the successful joint venture formation in Involving the Hotels Business with Aus Venue Co.

Tammy was promoted to General Manger, P&C Central leading Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Relations and core People services (P&C Direct) in 2019, and led the implement of our HRIS (myhub) for the Group. She played a key role in our people response during COVID, leading our Talent Acquisition team in recruiting 12,000 team members in 6 weeks. Tammy has also led our Award Covered Salary payroll review, subsequent Remediation, and management of legal and regulatory proceedings.

In her current role as General Manager, People and Culture Operations Tammy partners with the COO and oversees our People and Workforce Strategy for over 115,000 Team members in our Supermarkets, Liquor Stores, Distribution Centres and Retail Manufacturing sites
