Diversity has certainly become a buzz word in the Talent Acquisition world, with the benefits of a diverse workforce widely recognised by businesses and increasing pressure on TA teams to deliver on ambitious targets.
While the use of data to track progress and tell the story is important, it is vital we keep sight of the real impact that frontline TA teams can have on individual lives.
In this session, Sarah will share Australia Post’s approach to diversity, including the commitments that their TA function have made to the business and how the team were engaged and inspired in order to deliver.
Sarah will talk you through the barriers the team faced during their journey and how they are overcoming them to transform the business towards their objective of population parity.
About Sarah
With 6 years of industry experience, Sarah has worked in both agency and internal environments across a wide array of sectors. In her current role at Australia Post as Talent Acquisition Consultant – Campaigns, Sarah is involved in the implementation and delivery of innovative campaigns focused on attracting diverse Talent to the business. Having a psychology background prior to her career in recruitment, Sarah is driven by providing an exceptional candidate experience and taking a human-centred design approach to her work.
