Martha Forfolias is the Director of Leadership Development & Talent Programs at Worley, partnering with Executives, Leaders and their teams to align leadership, talent and organizational strategy. She is re-imagining Leadership Development and building the strategy and frameworks to empower curious Leaders to be the best version of themselves, so they can in turn unlock the brilliance of Worley.
Her approach is to take the challenge to do things creatively and experiment – with a strong desire for change and finding new ways to solve old problems.
Martha has more than 20 years of experience in senior roles in Strategic Organizational Development, Culture, Leadership and Talent Development, including large complex global organizations and international experience. Martha has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
