Louise has 25 years experience in consulting on, designing and managing workforce and talent solutions. As a member of the KellyOCG APAC leadership team, she is responsible for driving execution of the company strategy as well as fostering an environment of innovation for our customers
Louise has worked across EMEA and APAC in regional and global strategic client engagement. Her experience includes designing and implementing solutions including RPO, MSP, Total Talent Management, BPO, International mobility and Career Transition.
She has also consulted on a wide range of needs including Talent Acquisition process, Employer Branding, HR Technology adoption, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, Workforce Program evolution and Sustainable Cost Saving Initiatives.
Louise holds a Batchelors of Science ( hons) degrees and is certified in Intercultural Management. She is based in Sydney, Australia
