Starting in London with Gartner, she supported EMEA clients before relocating to Sydney with the firm. She then served as Client Success Director at HireVue. Today, as Client Success Lead at Paradox, she partners with leading ANZ brands to transform talent acquisition through AI-driven automation and human-centred design — a role she continues today at Workday, following its acquisition of Paradox.
