As Founder of Mission + Rhythm, Deepak works across startups, scale-ups and changing businesses to solve problems through people. His career has taken him through global organisations including REA Group, Uber and GBG, through to building his own portfolio of businesses and advisory work.
Deepak is particularly interested in what happens when we stop treating Talent, P&C and workforce strategy as separate conversations. He believes the future of work requires us to think less about filling jobs and more about how work gets done, where capability comes from, and how we create workplaces where great people can join, grow and stay.
