Damian has over 20 years in C-level and executive roles in large national staffing solutions businesses. Damian worked for ASX-listed Skilled Group, a $3B organisation that engaged over 25,000 contractors daily, in varying Executive General Management roles including Chief Operating Officer Workforce Services Southern Region responsible for over 7,000 contractors and 400 permanent staff. He also spent 4 years in the Financial Services sector where he managed a major practice providing legal, accounting, financial planning and risk management services to over 4,000 professionals and business owners. Based in Melbourne after studying marketing at Swinburne University, Damian completed a Diploma of Financial Planning RG146 and a Graduate Certificate in Industrial Relations from Leo Cussens Centre of Law.
