Global Director of Men's Health (Community & Online) @ Movember

Bonnie Rowe is driven by a deep commitment to transforming mental health—especially for young men. At Movember, as the Global Director of Men’s Health (Community & Online) she plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering bold initiatives that tackle some of the toughest challenges facing men today. As a mum to four boys herself, this mission hits close to home, and she brings both heart and expertise to the table. With a dynamic background spanning public policy, economics, and global health, Bonnie’s impact is far-reaching. At Deloitte Access Economics, she led cutting-edge projects at the intersection of economics and health policy—helping governments and organisations navigate complex decisions with clarity and purpose. Her work at the Victorian Department of Health saw her leading critical reforms, including implementing key recommendations from the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System. Bonnie’s influence goes global too. As a Fellow with the World Economic Forum, she explored how disruptive technologies can reshape the future of digital mental health. What sets Bonnie apart is her rare ability to move seamlessly between sectors—public, private, and nonprofit—while keeping the focus on real-world outcomes. Strategic yet grounded, data-driven yet empathetic, she’s known for building coalitions, sparking innovation, and making things happen. She also comes full circle at this conference—having started her career in Human Capital at Deloitte, she’s excited to reconnect with HR leaders and share insights from the social-impact-world!
