As the Global Capability and Workforce Readiness Director, I lead the business transition to become a Skills Powered Organisation, where skills are at the heart of all people processes. Our mission is to identify, develop, and match people skills to efficiently meet current and future client needs, while fostering a culture of learning, agility, and innovation.
In my current role, I lead teams who work with the business to leverage data and insights to optimize our approach to talent acquisition as well as develop and execute capability-building programs that aim to ensure our people are developing future-focused skills.
