CWF2026 Survey Competition Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Australasian Talent Conference Pty Ltd ACN 121 579 833 also known as ATC Events & Media (“ATC Events & Media”) as trustee for the ATC Unit Trust ABN 12 659 624 945 (“ATC”). Postal Box 2010, Rangeview VIC 3132.

2. Competition Period

The promotion begins at 10:00am AEDT on Monday, 1st December 2025 and ends at midnight AEDT Sunday, 22nd February 2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Internal HR, TA and Procurement professionals only from all Australian states and territories, and aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or any associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

4. Entry Method

To enter, eligible participants must complete the official Contingent Workforce Survey provided by the Promoter during the Competition Period. One entry per person. There is no entry fee.

5. Prize

There are two (2) prizes available:

  1. One (1) ticket to CWF2026 (13 March 2026 in Sydney) valued at $750 + GST (Total $825 AUD); and
  2. A $500 Visa eGift Card + one (1) ticket to CWF2026 (13 March 2026 in Sydney) valued at $750 + GST (Total $1,325 AUD).
6. Prize Draw

The winners will be selected via a random draw on the following dates:

  1. The first ticket will be drawn at approximately 10:00am AEDT on Friday, 30th January 2026; and
  2. The second ticket will be drawn at approximately 10:00am AEDT on Friday, 27th February 2026.

The draws will be conducted using a method ensuring each valid entry has a fair and equal chance of winning. 

7. Winner Notification & Publication

The winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw, and their name will be announced and published on LinkedIn two (2) days after the winner has been notified, where it will remain for at least 28 days.

8. Prize Delivery

The winner will receive their prize via email (in the form of a digital registration) within 7 days of the draw. If the winner is unable to attend the Contingent Workforce Forum 2026 (CWF2026), the Promotor will pick another winner.

9. Permits

This competition does not require a permit.

10. General Conditions
  1. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  2. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if they are not Internal HR, TA or Procurement professionals.

  4. The Promotor will disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process or any other aspect of this competition

  5. Personal information provided will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
