The information on this page tells you everything you need to know to ensure your brand’s successful participation in the Expo: What you need to do and, most importantly, when and how to do it!

Event Day Details

We’ll be moving across four event spaces in the rather large Fed Square!  Please allow time to get around the site & wear comfy shoes. 👟

  • Zinc: This is our Expo, where you check in, pick up your lanyard and where we’ll be hanging out with all the good eats and drinks.
  • The Edge: This is our Main Stage and also the Think Again breakout room.
  • ACMI Cinema 2 : This is our breakout room A.
  • ACMI Swinburne Studio: This is our breakout room B.

What to wear 👟

Relax and be yourself. Jeans and trainers, vibrant and sparkly, funky hat – wear what you feel your best in. Whatever you wear, make sure that you’re comfortable.

It’s also worth remembering that ATC2025 is across three venues at Fed Square – Zinc, The Edge and ACMI – with some outdoor space between. Being Melbourne, we recommend you come prepared for all types of weather.

 

Arrival Time & Location ⏰

Arrive between 7am – 7:45am at the Zinc building for event check-in. Collect your lanyard, grab a coffee, and go to your stand in the Expo.

Accessibility 🧑🏼‍🦽➡️

All event venues – Zinc, The Edge, and ACMI are wheelchair accessible. Service animals are permitted within Fed Square (domestic animals are prohibited).

Emergency Procedures

Venue emergency – BEEP BEEP BEEP alarm – remain calm, get ready to evacuate if necessary and follow venue staff instructions. WHOOP WHOOP WHOOP alarm – follow venue staff instructions and leave building by nearest exit. Meeting point is Birrarung Marr by the riverside OR Corner of Russell St Extension and Flinders St.

Medical Emergency – dial 000 stay with person and alert venue staff. Non urgent medical needs – alert venue staff, stay with person and please also alert ATC crew.
