With so many exhibitors across the entire event, ATC has a particular way of working that we ask all exhibitors to read and understand. This helps us to ensure all exhibitors are supported and that we all deliver an incredible delegate experience.
We have some significant deadlines and milestones though. With hundreds of speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, attendees, suppliers, and contributors to manage, it is critical that you note and meet all your deadlines to ensure we can deliver all your branding and inclusions to you. The following links will tell you everything you need to know to plan and manage your expo, logistics and attendance.

Harry the Hirer (HtH)
Sponsors and Exhibitors with branded Exhibitor Stands (Executive Desk) should have already received an email from Sophie Swinton at Harry the Hirer with an Online Exhibitor Link. The HtH Online Order Form is where you can check your stand inclusions and fascia artwork dimensions, and upgrade your stand with additional furniture or signage if you wish. You can also review your account and pay for any upgrades via this Online Order Form.

Luna Park Sydney (LPS)
You should have now received your login credentials to access the ATC2023 Exhibitor Portal. The Exhibitor Portal lists your tasks, action items and deadlines. You will be able to upload your Exhibitor Profile in the portal. Your Exhibitor Profile is what will appear on the ATC2023 event app. Please contact Karen Ly if you do not have access or are having issues accessing your Exhibitor Portal.
SPONSORS WITH SPEAKER SESSIONS HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED A LINK TO SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETED SPEAKER PRESENTATION/DECK.
