Jo Vohland
General Manager + Director
Our very own “Swiss Army Knife of Talent” Jo thrives off working with the talent community to improve the way that people are hired. Jo is the Chief Content Curator and Relationship Maker at ATC, and authors our key piece of research, the annual State of Talent Acquisition Report based on the findings and feedback from hundreds of Talent Leaders from all around Australia and New Zealand.
Trevor Vas
Talent Advisory + Director
Along with Kevin Wheeler, Trevor is the OG creator of ATC having run the first ATC event all the way back in Sydney in 2006. Trevor is leading to charge to shift Talent Acquisition to Talent Advisory, authoring several whitepapers and creating an industry-first Talent Advisory Assessment. An industry-recognised leader in human capital management, Trevor has consulted to some of Australia’s biggest companies on Talent Acquisition strategy and design.
Kevin Wheeler
Talent Futurist + Director
If you’ve ever been to one of our annual ATC Conferences, you may best know Kevin as the sage behind the yearly Fearless Forecast presentations where he distills the facts of everything he’s been seeing in play in the year that’s been, and what that means for the Talent world in the year to come. As well as being one of the founders of ATC, San Francisco-based Kevin is a leading futurist and Founder of the Future of Talent Institute.
Karen Ly
Event & Operations Manager
With over a decade of experience working in the Talent Community, Karen is the lynchpin who brings everything at ATC together to deliver great events. From the venue management to the speaker liaison, from room set up to organising the eats & drinks, Karen’s the one who ensures everything runs smoothly.
Lucy Eldred
Head of Marketing & Communications
How do you make sure the entire Aus+NZ Talent community know what’s going on? Lucy keeps the cogs turning behind connecting and engaging our community – from running webinars, producing how-to guides, working with Talent contributors to share their insights, and ensuring that everyone gets the content they want to read in their inbox.
