Dave Johnson is Chief Revenue Officer at Checkmate, a workforce compliance and background screening platform helping organisations hire with confidence. He leads business development, partnerships, and client relationships, and spends much of his time working directly with enterprise clients across healthcare, mining, retail, and financial services, helping them navigate hiring risk and screening compliance in a way that actually fits how their teams work.
