Tara has over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, with extensive background in HR and Talent technology management, solution design and optimisation.

Tara was a Recruiter / TA Leader by trade for many years, working for brands such as Foxtel, CommBank and KPMG. After discovering a love of systems, Tara then pivoted into internal HR Technology roles across Foxtel and NewsCorp, and ultimately made the move to the vendor side of the industry when she joined PageUp in 2022.
