TA Brew is a half-day peer discussion series bringing together 30+ internal talent teams at an upscale microbrewery or pub in a major Australian city.

Forget sponsors, booths or slides, this is all about uncensored, peer-led discussion. You’ll dive into real-world challenges in small groups, swap stories, and share what’s worked and what your challenges are.

Each session includes roundtable discussions and knowledge sharing on topics like:

  • Successful employee referral programs;
  • Tackling candidate fraud;
  • Hiring manager alignment;
  • and more – you get to suggest topics!

Expect practical insights, fresh ideas, and lunch and new friends and collaborators.
