  Julie Duncan

Julie is currently the Talent Acquisition leader for PwC Australia.  She is passionate about transformation in education and providing opportunities for all students to help them reach their potential and become the innovators and creative problem solvers of the future. Julie is a firm believer in the importance of industry partnerships with educators to ensure students build skills to thrive in the volatile, uncertain and ambiguous world of work.

Julie specialises in commercial stakeholder management, strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, strategic sourcing, innovative early ID programs and employer branding. In her role at PwC as the Talent Acquisition Director, Julie has re engineered the recruiting function and global mobility framework for the firm.
