Your journey has begun.
At ATC2019 we’re going HiPo! But what does a HiPo Talent Function (High Performance/High Potential) look like as we enter the Intelligence Age?
20 years ago, courtesy of technology, we entered the Information Age. We are now overwhelmed with information – not all of it accessible, not all of it meaningful – but it’s in our systems, inbox, phones and social media platforms, coming at us at an instant and relentless rate. In the Intelligence Age however, the data tells a compelling story.
We now have access to the tools and technology to significantly increase the capacity, capability and output of our Talent Functions. This will allow our people to operate at the top of their intellectual capability, rather than across the spectrum. We now have the means and potential to create a fully integrated approach that has purpose, meaning and alignment.
At ATC2019 we’ll be exploring:
Technology is the backbone of a modern recruiting function. The single ATS has evolved into an end-to-end stack from Ai Sourcing tools, Bots, Sentiment Analysis and now Blockchain. You will get to see these technologies in action and talk with the teams who are developing it.
Your talent plan must serve the strategic goals of your organisation. You and the people you hire are what enables your company to realise its vision. Talent functions who do this well will be more successful and obtain more support and resources than those who don’t. ATC will give you case studies and examples of how this can work.
Amazing candidates are still lost as we continue our love affair with experience over potential. With technology, we can ask questions that relate directly to outcomes and make better hires. ATC will help you understand how to ask more relevant and useful questions to uncover the next generation of Hi-Po Talent.
It is still the human recruiter that has the ability to make the biggest impact in a talent function. The ability for you to create open and trustful relationships and to negotiate and influence will play an even more important role moving forward. We’ll be looking at how you can create these symbiotic relationships with your candidates, hiring managers, vendors and partners.
Come and enjoy our Genius Desk! A round-the-clock line-up of recruiters each with their own unique expert skillset to teach you 1:1 how to do new and exciting things!
We look forward to sharing new ideas, tech and methods with you at ATC2019. Come and join our tribe of curious and open-minded, lifelong learners.
