ATC2019: High Performance Talent Functions

Your journey has begun.

What does a High-Performance, or HiPo, Talent Function look like as we enter the Intelligence Age?

20 years ago, courtesy of technology, we entered the information age. We are now overwhelmed with information, not all of it accessible, not all of it meaningful but it’s in our systems, inbox, phones and social media platforms – coming at us at an instant and relentless rate.

In the Intelligence Age, the data tells a compelling story. We now have the tools to significantly increase the capacity, capability and output of the function whilst allowing people to operate at the top of their intellectual capability. We have the means and potential to create a fully integrated approach that has purpose, meaning and alignment.

At ATC2019, we’ll be exploring:

  • Intelligent use of technology;
  • Intelligent organisations;
  • Intelligent questions;
  • Intelligent relationships;
  • Shared intelligence.

We look forward to sharing new ideas, tech and methods with you at ATC2019. Come and join our tribe of curious and open-minded, lifelong learners.
