20 years ago, courtesy of technology, we entered the Information Age. Technology is the backbone of a modern recruiting function. The single ATS has evolved into an end-to-end stack from Ai Sourcing tools, Bots, Sentiment Analysis and now Blockchain. You will get to see these technologies in action and talk with the teams who are developing it.
Your talent plan must serve the strategic goals of your organisation. You and the people you hire are what enables your company to realise its vision. Talent functions who do this well will be more successful and obtain more support and resources than those who don’t. ATC will give you case studies and examples of how this can work.
Amazing candidates are still lost as we continue our love affair with experience over potential. With technology, we can ask questions that relate directly to outcomes and make better hires. ATC will help you understand how to ask more relevant and useful questions to uncover the next generation of Hi-Po Talent.
It is still the human recruiter that has the ability to make the biggest impact in a talent function.
