The #CWF2014 Agenda is Live

We’re excited to share the agenda for #CWF2014 – the rise of the flexible workforce! We will be in Melbourne on the 2nd and 3rd of September to discuss all things contingent workforce management.

This year’s conference has been designed for organisations who are trying to improve their contingent workforce functions past efficiency, to quality; and thus gain immense cost savings, reduce risk and improve their productivity.

We’ve assembled a dynamic group of speakers who understand your contingent needs, and can share real experiences from the trenches.

Companies represented include NAB, Freelancer, Santos, GE, Origin, Ascianco, Energy Australia, with more to be announced soon.

To help ensure everyone in attendance gets what they need, the agenda is broken into three tracks; strategy, process, and technology + analytics.

Whether you’re a recruitment manager responsible for the on boarding of contingent staff or work in procurement measuring supply chain effectiveness, you can’t afford to miss this event.

What’s in store for 2014?
This year’s topics have been guided by attendee feedback and what’s happening in market now. The topics include:

  • The On Demand Virtual Workforce- leveraging an on-demand virtual workforce
  • Gaining Buy-in For Your Contingent Workforce Model
  • What Key Metrics Can Improve Your Contingent Process?
  • Building a Bullet Proof Business Case
  • Simplifying the Supply Chain by Implementing a VMS
  • Developing Your Own Market For The Contingent Workforce
