Nathan leads the Defence and National Security sectors’ contingent workforce for KPMG. Accountable for driving the quality, effectiveness and adaptability of contractor resource utilisation across the firm. The primary focus is on workforce planning, sourcing, business consulting, process improvement and performance management of the contingent workforce.
