Her pioneering work, based on the principles of design thinking, has seen the organisation take on a more candidate-centric, customer focused attitude towards talent management and this has had a very positive effect on their overall business.
We are very excited to have Carol at this year’s ATC2016 sharing her ideas on design thinking and her work experiences at Bupa Australia. She will also be speaking at a series of Human-Centred Design Thinking Bootcamps in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney in May 2016.
