About Our Talent Team

We’re the biggest recruitment team in Australia with a Talent Acquisition (TA) Function of over 180+ individuals. Our team spans across a variety of roles including our TA Partners, and specialist teams such as Employer Brand, Probity, TA Technology and Support Services, TA Strategy, TA tech and Sourcing.

With mobility at the forefront, we’re evolving TA to unleash their potential and gain skills across the team and entire organisation for now and the future. Our people are inspired to grow professionally and personally through working on innovative projects and programs such as Re-skilling, Candidate Experience, Employee Advocacy and weaving our EVP messaging into everything we do.
