With 18 years in the recruitment industry, Zoey’s background has been broad. From internal roles to RPO/MSP and agency recruitment, her expertise spans across full cycle sales, consulting, implementation and delivery, as well as people leadership.

Zoey’s current role combines this experience, as well as incorporating the emerging specialties of talent sourcing and brand.

As head of Talent Sourcing, Brand and Diversity, her role is integral to shaping the Talent Acquisition strategy within one of Australia’s most iconic employers to ensure that the recruitment model identifies and engages the best talent in the market. The role is ever changing and allows her to take a holistic approach to optimising operating processes, managing supplier relationships and identifying and adopting best practices and talent trends.
