Victoria is a naturally curious talent professional with solid HR generalist foundations. As Head of People & Culture for Macquarie Telecom she also leads the Talent Acquisition function since joining in 2007. She is passionate about employee engagement, employer brand, recruitment systems and methodologies that enable companies to hire for attitude and culture fit. Victoria has overseen various specialist recruitment campaigns, supported the scaling up of the workforce and delivered transformational change through programs which promote: EVP development, Brand Ambassador Engagement, Internal Referrals, increased leadership capability, a coaching culture, and introduction of effective on-boarding. Most recently she has implemented a new Performance “Enablement” Framework with an emphasis on coaching culture and introduced a new Remuneration Framework.
Victoria is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, has a degree in Industrial Relations and Political Science from UNSW with post grad education in Organisational Communication, Employer Brand & Strategy and Workforce Planning.
Interested in mixing it up with other change agents and always on the lookout for new and innovative ways to shake-up the recruitment function, she believes “status quo” is a four letter word!
