Todd Davis leads talent acquisition for Worldwide Operations & Customer Service at AMAZON. In this role, he leverages both a strong company brand and a powerful employer value proposition. Before Amazon, Todd was Vice President Worldwide Recruitment at Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., guiding recruitment, diversity and inclusion, compliance and technology initiatives.
Earlier in his career he lead talent acquisition for a Fortune 500 insurance firm where he launched highly successful global services recruiting programs, providing consultants and human resources solutions for clients located in 14 countries. Prior to this, Mr. Davis held progressively senior executive positions at a Fortune 1000 human resources consulting company providing staff augmentation and technical consulting services.
Todd began his professional career in working in the Executive Offices of the President of The United States. Todd volunteers as a career consultant to Veterans, Military Service members and their families. He supports community education, volunteering as an astronomy instructor at local schools.
