About Terra

As Regional Practice Lead for the Americas, Terra Doyle is responsible for setting the overall strategy for recruitment across the United States, Canada and Central and South America, while working with other Practice Leads to fulfill the global vision and strategy. Terra focuses on improving efficiency in the recruitment process, and coaches and inspires teams to deliver results to the business all with an unyielding focus on hiring manager and candidate experience.

Prior to her current role, Terra was Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition for Roche Diagnostics in Indianapolis with responsibility for leading all talent acquisition functions for the Indianapolis site. She has spent the last 17 years in various talent acquisition roles and most recently before joining Roche, she was a Senior Vice President of Talent Operations with WilsonHCG.

In her previous roles, Terra has been successful at managing large, cross-functional teams, developing comprehensive university recruiting programs, leading global projects, enhancing company onboarding practices, standardizing job profiles and building and executing employer branding campaigns.

Terra earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wichita State University.
