Susan Howse is the General Manager of ManpowerGroup Solutions & Human Resources for ManpowerGroup Australia & New Zealand.

Susan plays an integral role in the delivery of ManpowerGroup’s strategic plan focusing on people, business and financial capability.

A key member of ManpowerGroup’s Senior Leadership Management Team, Sue leads a team that’s focused on fostering strategic relationships with clients and delivering outcome-based Human Resources & Workforce Solutions.

Having worked at ManpowerGroup for over 13 years, Susan has honed her skills in a number of senior client-focused roles, with both global and local responsibilities.  Susan’s expertise encompasses workforce solution design, deployment and workforce optimisation.

Susan is also responsible of driving ManpowerGroup’s thought leadership agenda with companies, helping them understand global trends and challenges in the changing world of work.

Susan is committed to building the capabilities of her team members, and is also involved in Manpower’s internal mentoring program. She has a particular interest in managing the inter-generational challenges that define the modern workplace.
