About Simon
Simon Townsend is a Design Thinking expert with over 15 years of experience in Human Capital. He has worked with prominent companies like Deloitte, Allegis Global Solutions, AWS, and Innov8te.
Simon founded Twelve2, a human-centered design consultancy, and works as a service delivery manager at Innov8te, an HR consultancy focused on digital transformation and emerging technologies.
Simon Townsend is also a co-founder of TCS Insights, a platform that helps talent acquisition leaders assess, benchmark, and improve their team’s traits, competencies, and skills. TCS Insights was created by talent acquisition professionals for talent acquisition professionals, with the aim of improving the talent acquisition community and enabling objective, data-driven workforce decisions.
