About Sheridan:

Sheridan is an accomplished senior lawyer with significant experience across the spectrum of employment and workplace relations law. This includes advising a large group of employer clients on workplace issues such as employment, occupational health and safety, legal compliance and workers’ compensation.

An integral part of Sheridan’s practice is advising employers and insurers on their rights and obligations under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and the Fair Work regulatory framework. She has in-depth knowledge of all associated employment issues, including termination of employment and redundancy, discrimination, award coverage, drafting and bargaining for an enterprise agreement as well as preparing company policies and employment contracts. Her clients value her practical approach and ability to provide outcome-focused advice that meets commercial and strategic objectives.

About Allana:

Allana joined Moray & Agnew’s Melbourne Employment team in 2017. She assists the team in a range of workplace relations claims and also provides advice on workforce management matters, including workplace investigations and the application of industrial instruments such as modern awards and enterprise agreements; prepares contracts and policies for clients across a diverse range of industries; and assists with commercial and litigated matters. In collaboration with the team, she also prepares and presents seminars and workshops to clients.

About Shay:

Shay assists several partners at Moray & Agnew with management of a range of workplace law matters. This includes advice to clients from various industry sectors, particularly those in the health, insurance, education and property industries. Prior to joining Moray & Agnew, Shay was employed in a litigation-only firm specialising in employment law matters. This role provided her with significant experience in litigation in federal courts at both the interlocutory and final hearing stages.
