Richard previously served as CareerBuilder’s Chief Marketing Officer where he was responsible for their award winning commercial campaign which was featured in 7 Super Bowls. He has been featured on CNBC, CNN, NBC, ABC and over 100 different television appearances throughout the world.

Richard has also lead CareerBuilder’s acquisitions for the past 5 years, including the acquisition of Broadbean.
