In this short meditation, Rebecca will guide us through a meditation focussed on being kind and gentle with ourselves. A focus we need to have as we transition through times of change and still need to access our ability to stay focussed, calm and present.
Rebecca Max has an extensive background in recruitment and also runs a wellbeing training business – Infinite Presence. She is a qualified meditation teacher, and Mental Health First Aid instructor and trains organisations in wellbeing programs centred around meditation, stress management, and self care. Other programs include Mindful Leadership and Mental Health First Aid. Rebecca is passionate about teaching people new life skills to help them learn more about themselves and their ability to positively impact their own wellbeing.
