About Nina

Nina’s HR career in the people and culture space, has enabled her to develop strong commercial acumen and HR strategy skills in Talent Management and HR Business Partnering. Nina is grateful for the diverse career opportunities so far spanning multiple industries and in highly unionised and manufacturing environments as well as corporate head-office settings. Commencing as a HR graduate and growing her leadership to lead large, geographically dispersed teams and budgets, developing her strong technical skills to navigate complex and often ambiguous environments. Outside of work, Nina enjoys using her skills to give back to community, often drawing on her interest in economics and governance and her entrepreneurial family upbringing. Nina’s a high energy person dedicated to positive leadership for great customer, employee and business outcomes.

About David

David is an experienced Head of Talent with a demonstrated history of working in large multi-national companies to re imagine, implement and lead Talent functions in Australia, Asia, North America & EMEA. A record of accomplishment that includes leadership roles responsible for multi-million-dollar budgets, complex change programs, leading global teams of 100+ in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Organisational Development.
