Nathan has racked up over 1000 hours of yoga teaching to date. He gained his 200-hour teaching certificate from Ashtanga Yoga Mysore in India, and later returned for a 6-month stint to immerse himself in advanced asana training and teaching. He has studied Yin yoga with Kung fu master Paulie Zink, and recently completed 150 hours in Post Graduate yoga. Nathan also holds a Cert IV Diploma in Clinical Pilates, and has studied under Dr Ryan Whelton learning his Myofascial Referral Technique.
