  Matthew Rodger

Matthew has 22 years’ experience in the staffing sector, and joined AMS in 2001. He is the Managing Director, Contingent Workforce Solutions and an operational Board Member.

Matthew has held a number of positions including COO for Asia Pacific, Practice Director for IT&T, has and has designed and implemented numerous multi-discipline, multi-geography, complex contingent workforce programmes for significant customers including Vodafone, BNP Paribas, CSC, RBS, Deutsche Bank Australia and Atos Origin. He has also led customer relationship management of many significant RPO engagements including Hewlett Packard and ANZ Bank. Matthew focuses on delivering significant value for clients through scalable delivery models that drive efficiencies, visibility, compliance and control underpinned by exquisite execution and direct sourcing models.
