About Mark
Mark is a recruitment leader with experience in two of Australia’s most successful tech start-ups (Afterpay and Envato), and also have experience leading recruitment teams in larger environments (AGL and Asahi). He is delivery oriented and passionate about providing both candidates and stakeholders with a positive and seamless experience. He enjoys coaching and mentoring his teams and ensuring that they are engaged, empowered and continually challenged. He is pragmatic and believe in tailoring recruitment approaches to the situation rather than following a process map!
About Nitish
Nitish Mathew is the Global Head of Data Engineering at Afterpay. He built the engineering program that brings together data from 50+ sources and is the foundation for their executive decision making, sales enablement, marketing campaigns, fraud monitoring, risk analytics, machine learning development, financial reporting etc. A graduate of College of Engineering, Trivandrum, India and the Pennsylvania State University, his entire 15+ year career has been in Business Intelligence and Data Platforms, across the US and Australia.
