In her role as Manager – Strategic Sourcing, Kelly is responsible for finding and attracting talent at National Australia Bank. Whether that’s through employer brand initiatives and campaign activity, or sourcing strategies and search/headhunting, Kelly’s team manage all programs and initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging the people we need at NAB.
Kelly’s background in recruitment spans more than thirteen years, and she has experience in internal, RPO and agency. More recently, Kelly’s focus has been on digital technology and innovation, when she was appointed to Social Media management roles at both a top tier law firm (Ashurst) and a NFP organisation (Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children). Her current role at NAB is a return to both recruitment and banking for Kelly, whose first experience in the financial services industry was looking after Sourcing Programs at St.George Bank back in 2008.
Kelly’s specialities include employer branding, program design (employee referrals, alumni, graduate), sourcing methodology, digital marketing and of course social media in all aspects of business. Kelly has designed and implemented programs, and also trained HR & recruitment professionals, for leading global corporations and some of Australia’s top (ASX 100) organisations.
Kelly is passionate about using innovative methods to ensure organisations manage their talent effectively. She is one of Australia’s recognised experts in the area of talent attraction and social media, speaking internationally and appearing in national publications such as the Australian Financial Review, HR Daily, Lawyers Weekly, Shortlist and HR Leader Magazine.
