National HR Director, Heart Foundation
Julie started as National HR Director with The Heart Foundation in December 2011. Key highlights of the role to date have been:
- Developing and leading the identification of new Organisational Values which guide and support an ambitious 5-year Strategy and Plan
- Developing a Values-based Leadership model and engaging Leaders nationally in ‘Living the Values’ through their behaviour
- Launching HR Business quarterly Metrics and Dashboard reporting that is engaging CEO’s while evolving a new HR Business Partnering approach across a complex matrix structure
- Currently leading the Implementation of online performance technologies.
Julie has solid experience: working closely with Executive Teams and CEO’s in the business, typically articulating an HR and workforce Change Agenda that aligns with Business Strategy. She has worked across Private, Public and NFP sectors and has passion for organisations that make a difference and hold strong Brand reputation and profile.
Professionally, Julie holds a Masters in Organisational Development with specialisations in HRD and Organisational Change with a first degree that provided foundation psychology components. Julie has been accepted into a DBA and has undertaken further studies in Business and Project and Process Mapping (PMI). Julie holds various professional accreditations.
