Jodie is responsible for SEEK’s Customer Success and Enablement teams across Australia and New Zealand and is a senior executive with a proven track record of leading and building high performing teams through significant digital transformation. Jodie has been with SEEK for 17 years and has seen the business evolve from a traditional jobs board to the employment marketplace it is today.
Jodie’s previous experience in project management, implementation of call centres, running of highly successful sales teams has led to her passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences every single day.
Jodie is a passionate mentor and coach with a keen interest in supporting women in leadership, diversity, trust and workplace well-being programs and is involved in local charities including Dress for Success and Share the Dignity.
