Jacqui is a senior consultant at the Langley Group, a leadership and talent assessment and development company specialising in the latest evidence-based approaches.
Senior executive roles in government and higher education have enabled Jacqui to bring hands-on experience and understanding to building capability in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environments. As an Executive Director at La Trobe University she spearheaded functional reviews and restructures, managing talent selection and ensuring the best fit to meet strategic objectives with limited budget. She also transformed performance within her department through strengths-based recruitment, onboarding, teamwork and development.
Her achievements have been recognised with awards for brand, engagement and communications initiatives. These include establishing The Training Consortium for the Tasmanian Government to build people capability across the public sector.
Jacqui has a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education from the University of Tasmania and is a Certified Practising Marketer. She has been a Member of the Committee of Management for the Change Management Institute of Australia (Victoria) and Deputy Chair and Board Member of Engagement Australia (for Universities and Community Engagement). She is accredited in R2 Strengths Profiler and i4 Neuroleader, a brain-based tool designed to discover the core competencies to succeed in a VUCA world.
