Getting the business to understand TA’s real value

- Established an internal recruitment function that has allowed Life Without Barriers (LWB) to grow from 4,500 to circa 8,000 employees in under 5 years;
- Reports to the LWB business using, data, trend analysis, and engaging infographics to show their contribution; and importantly,
- Ensures the numbers articulate the meaning and people behind the storyline.

About David
David has worked within the Talent & Attraction sector since 2000, locally and internationally within multinational companies across varied industries. In 2014, David made the decision to seek out opportunities within the expanding For Purpose sector. Responsible for centralising the national function at LWB, David has introduced significant systems and efficiency changes that have enhanced the capability allowing for the recruitment of over 2,200 positions per year… even during a pandemic. With a passion for belonging and allowing people to bring their whole selves to work, David has delivered on inclusion commitments that have allowed LWB to truly represented the communities in which they work.
