Become a Trusted Advisor by Translating Workforce Planning into a TA Context
Thinking like the business is KEY for TA teams to make the shift from a reactive “get bums in seats” service to being a strategic partner and a trusted advisor.
Just like how business leaders monitor trends in customer expectations and spending habits, TA needs to be able to provide information on trends in labour and education, and compare and contrast competitor EVPs.
