Crowd Hacking Talent Stack & Process Design
In this 50 minute hands-on workshop, you’ll be working with table leads to each design and create one element of a TA process. Using the collective intelligence of each of the groups, we’ll then put together new TA process and stack that preserves the human element of TA whilst combining it with the most powerful tools on the market today. You will be asked to contribute to one area of expertise:

- Social Recruiting
- Talent Pools
- Candidate Relationship Management
- Employer Branding
- Inbound Recruiting
Chris will introduce you to Customer Centred Design Thinking, the ToolBox and Process Maps and he and his table leads will work with you to design an exciting new solution.
Chris has 17 years in the HR & Talent Industry. Started off in Agency, where he was part of one successful IPO and one MBO, before moving to corporate. Chris has formed a niche for himself as being the go to person for large scale project implementations & transformations, having successfully delivered one 53 Country HRIS implementation, a 44 Country HCM transformation and currently on the second largest Infrastructure Project Globally.
