Panel Session: What COVID Forced Global Companies to Learn, and What Changes Will Stick

The global pandemic forced TA leaders to re-think almost everything they knew about recruiting. Now, as we begin to slowly emerge from the other side of the global crisis, many leaders plan to continue forward with optimisations in processes and productivity that were previously unrealised or simply not permitted.

Join Chris Hoyt, President of CareerXroads, as he hosts a panel of four global TA leaders from Australia and the US who now celebrate some of the tough lessons they were forced to learn.

Panellists:

  • Cathy Riach, Resourcing Lead (National), BAE Systems Australia
  • Rita Newman, Tribe Lead, Joiners & Movers – GM, Recruitment/Resourcing, ANZ Bank
  • Shelia Gray, Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Quadient
  • Terra Doyle, People and Culture Practices Lead, Recruitment for Americas, Roche
